We are delighted to be at the Birmingham Forward Steps conference today, Monday 22nd November. In Birmingham 37% of children are living in poverty, that’s 100,000. The Covid-19 pandemic has made things worse; a 4.7% increase. So many organisations in our city working together to tackle the problems many households are facing. As a credit union, AdvanceCU supports many local families manage their money well, able to save regularly and borrow affordably when they need to.
